some of you may have noticed...
that I have chosen to remove yesterday's post.
I am not sure where to go from here with this forum... I do not like censoring myself, but I do understand why it might be necessary in some cases.
hopefully I can work this out.
For now my postings may be more sparse and will definitely stick to the topics at hand... nutrition, lifting, etc.

Aw, Brenna...I'm sorry the bd wasn't what you had hoped it would be. Please don't give up your postings...your posts are very touching and real and inspiring and they are LIFE. With all it's goods and bads. Hang in there. Big Hugs.
