29 weeks 2 days...

ok... who ever told me carrying twins was fun, needs to be shot.

It hurts to exist.

Just sayin.

In other news, I sleep about 2 hours at a stretch, until I need to turn over... then I have to wake up, re-situate and hope I can fall back asleep before the aching begins again.

The babies are about 3lbs each as of the ultrasound yesterday... and they're telling me I have 6-9 more weeks of this... They may turn out to be line-backers before they're born.

My glucose test was fine, I passed with flying colors. I have no swelling to speak of, I can eat about half a cup of food at a time so I'm eating every hour or so... which I hope is good for the metabolism, but I've never heard of that frequent of eating before so I don't know. ;)

I'm doing more seated resistance training than I had been at the recommendation of the nutritionist, and I do think it is helping the back and shoulder pain I was getting. Just REALLY low weights (3lbs dbs) doing lots of curls and shoulder presses and tricep extensions, etc.

Big thing now is that both babies are breech and I'm going to start doing some non-harmful things to try to encourage them to turn around. Moxibustion, laying angled down, pelvic rocks, etc. Wish me luck on that cause I REALLY don't want to have an automatic c-section.

OH... and Mommy comes to my rescue on Sunday! THREE CHEERS FOR MOMMIES!!! Seriously... if she weren't comming I don't know what I'd do.

*sigh*

ok... back to the feetsies up and day-time TV (gag!)

I feel for you!!! That last month or two with the twin's pregnancy was hell. You can't get comfortable, can't sleep, can't get rid of the heartburn.... that is when you get close to wanting to strangle the next person who comes up to you and say "I always wanted to have twins!"

Hang in there.... it is almost over!

Are you the 'Lexy' that Wendy/Poundy writes about in her book "I Am Not The New Me"?
