So it seems that someone who I thought was a friend has been reading here and taking things that I've posted and telling them to mutual aquaintences, despite my specifially asking that that NOT happen a while back.

Making this an unsafe place to post.

So I'll be signing off now and I'll see y'all when I'm back to talking about nothing but fitness.
