Happy New Year

It's been quite a holiday season... I'm burned out but very happy that the year has been so successful for me.

I will weigh in tomorrow morning, but I am certain that I will not make my goal of 160 by Jan 1 since I was at 167.5 yesterday, but I'm really not sweating it. I have managed to lose 10 lbs thru the holiday season when most people gain. I'll take some progress pics tomorrow as well, but I don't really see much difference from the last ones, so y'all will have to make the call on that.

I am going over to the YMCA to join tomorrow as they're waiving the sign-up fee tomorrow and I'll be able to start getting back into my early morning workout schedule. I really need to do it for my psyche... I ALWAYS feel better when I get my workouts in the morning. If you're curious about my schedule I have a document posted HERE

I have several friends who are going to start or restart a BFL challenge tomorrow and I think its a GREAT way to start the year... I'm going to pull out my workbook and take a look at it again. I don't know if I'll do it right away, but I would like to do the 12 week challenge at some point early this year... I gained a LOT of strength when I did it a few years ago, and I am feeling a need to return to that level of discipline and structure.
