all cut up

So... I'm sitting in my recliner with my foot all cut up.

Ok... so its not ALL cut up... it was an endoscopic procedure after all... but it was surgery and there was cutting involved... so.. blah.

Mike picked up a Wii and the kids are having fun playing a few games of bowling and golf after they finish their homework each day... and its giving me something to do while I'm laid-up.

Its quite fun, really. And the kids REALLY have a nack for the controllers that I didn't expect.

I'm leaning low-fat at the moment, food wise, which is keeping my weight stable around 165... but I know its not going to go down until I can get active again. I can swim and use the eliptical machines if my swelling is down after they take the stitches out in a couple of weeks.

I guess I'd better get a new lap-swimming suit, eh?

So wish me well on the recovery front... as long as I can keep the foot up it should be ok.
